The WeCare Volunteering Programme
The volunteering programme at JLT India is designed for employees allowing them a few hours off work every week to participate in teaching and mentoring activities for the children at Udaan India Foundation. Voluntary engagement will soon commence for beneficiaries of Helpage India through support to doctors at Mobile Medicare units where volunteers will dispense medication to the frail elderly.
The Volunteering programme is structured and monitored by the WeCare committee who take regular feedback from the charities on performance of the volunteers and ways we can improve the volunteering programme.
