Udaan, a Hindi word for flight is the name of the initiative that gives wings to the dreams and aspirations of a number of children in the local community of Powai. Adoption of a local Municipal School to provide remedial learning to their current students and class dropouts is a novel yet impactful way of bringing change to the lives of children from underprivelged familiies. Then allowing the employees of JLT to participate in the children’s learning journeyis just icing on the cake!
